Fragram Tools Australia was established in Australia in January 1986, and is a privately owned importer and distributor of a broad range of hand tools, air tools and automotive products aimed at the middle to upper ends of the market. These products, are all sold under the Fragram trade mark, which is registered to us in both Australia and New Zealand as well as in South Africa and Taiwan.

Our premises are located on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia and we currently service some 500 customers throughout Australia and New Zealand, including specialist tool group stores. It is not our policy however to sell into discount chain stores, as this is not the market to which our products are directed.

We have exclusive partnership distribution agreements in place to supply our markets with innovative, high quality products from global manufacturers. We aim to supply our customers with an extensive range of quality products and to offer support with a high level of personal service and attention to detail.

Purchasing from us enables stores to purchase quantities that fulfill their need, thereby minimizing overstocking and the unnecessary tying up of capital. Warranties also become our responsibility and not that of the store.

We offer a service, which eases the way for the customer, and saves the problems and risks involved in having to import large quantities of products.
